shred Raw Mango
in a pan add 3 tbsp cooking oil and add mustard, once mustard seeds have sputtered add urad dal, channa dal, peanuts, green chillies and curry leaves, fry until both dals are turns light brown
add shredded Raw Mango ,1/2 tsp salt and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium high flame
add cooked rice, salt and mix well and make sure do not over mix then rice will be smooshed, turn off the stove
yummy Raw Mango sadam is ready which can be served with potato chips or potato fry.
