  • 2 cups roasted gram dal
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee(may be little less)
  • 10 cashews
  • 1/4 tsp elachi powder

Instructions

  • either microwave gram dal for 1 1/2 minutes or in a heavy bottom pan add roast gram dal and fry for 1 to 2 minutes on mudium flame
  • add the gram dal to mixer jar and make a fine powder
  • broke cashews into small pieces
  • in a small pan add 1/4 cup ghee and add broken cashew pieces, turn off the stove oncce it's turned light golden brown
  • in a mixing bowl add powdered gram dal, powdered sugar, elachi powder, fried cashews along with ghee in to the mizing bowl and mix throughly
  • if needed add rest of the ghee little by little and mix it well
  • make a small size balls enjoy!!
Tips & Tricks
  • microwave 1 1/2 minute for dry frying gram dal instead of stove top
  • don't add all ghee at a time
