grease a flat pan/plate with ghee
in a heavy bottom pan add gram flour and fry until the raw smell is gone
once the raw smell is gone, add other ingredients and mix well
keep stirring taking 30 secs interval in the middle until the mixture becomes like dough consistency about 20 to 25 minutes
once the mixture reached the desired consistency remove from heat and transfer to the greased plate
start flattening the mixture and make sure the top is as smooth as possible
let it cool for 5 minutes, cut it into diamond pieces OR whatever shape you like
let it cool completely, the yummy sweet is ready for serving!!!
