chop onion(s)
ground tomatoes in a blender to make a puree
shredd paneer
in a pan add 3 tbsp cooking oil and add cumin seeds
once cumin seeds have turned light brown color add chopped onions
fry until onions are soft and turns light brown then add ginger & garlic paste and saute for less than a minute
add tomato puree and mix it well
add all the spices(masala powders) then mix well add 1 cup water, and close the lid cook for 2 minutes on medium low flame
add shredded paneer and mix well cook for 3 to 5 minutes then turn off the stove and add chopped cilantro
yummy bhurji is ready which can be served with roti, chappathi, paratha, naan or bun!!!!!
