in a pan add 3 tbsp cooking oil and add cumin seeds once cumin seeds have turned light brown color add chopped onions
fry until onions are soft and turns light brown add ginger & garlic paste and saute for less than a minute then add tomatoes
add all the spices(masala powders), salt and saute for a minute
cook until tomatoes are soft
add cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets and a cup of water, mix well and close the lid cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft and mushy, on medium low flame
yummy aloo gobi is ready which can be served with roti, chappathi, paratha, naan or bun!!!!!
