wash beans and chop into small pieces
in a frying pan add cooking oil, once oil has been heated add channa dal, urad dal, red pepper flakes and wait until turns light brown
add chopped beans, add salt and mix well, close with lid and cook for 10 minutes in medium high flame
once the veggies are cooked add coconut and mix well
poriyal is ready to serve with rice, sambar or rasam!!!
