peel plantain skin, wash, and chop them into small cubes
in a mixing bowl add chopped plantain, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well
in a frying pan add cooking oil
once oil is heated add mixed plantain
saute them and close the lid
saute them until plantain is crispy
